Membership Requirements

To comply with relevant policies from vAMSYS and any applicable law, we enforce the following requirements of our members:

  • Must be aged 18 or older at the time of registration
  • Own a legal copy of a supported simulator
  • Must maintain a valid email address throughout their entire period of membership
  • Must have a working and stable internet connection
  • Must utilise vAMSYS Pegasus with FSUIPC to track their flights

FSUIPC is a paid addon that also has a free version. Only the free version is required for vMonarch membership.

Activity Requirements​

There are no activity requirements for pilots at vMonarch. We do not believe in removing pilots with busy lives, or those who wish to partake casually in our activities. This means that you are free to fly as little or as often as you wish.

As such, there are no Leave of Absences or “Holidays” required to maintain active status with the VA.

Simulator Requirements​

As we are limited to only supporting simulators that are supported by our tracking client, we can only accept applications from pilots with the following simulators:

  • MSFS 2024/2020
  • P3D
  • FSX
  • FS2004
  • X-Plane
