Online Flying

vMonarch encourages pilots to fly using online networks, issuing 25 points for pilots who complete more than 90% of their flight on a virtual network.

By flying on a network, you can fly the flag for vMonarch and potentially attract new pilots to join our community.

Operational Information

  • All vMonarch flights will carry the MON* ICAO identifier.
  • The spoken callsign is MONARCH
  • You should fly using the route's allocated callsign

Alternate Callsigns

If your callsign is in use, or you are flying on a tour that has no historic route assigned to it, you should use the following callsign format:

  • Prefix with MON
  • Followed by your pilot ID (excluding any 0s at the beginning)
  • Initials
  • Maximum of 7 characters in length
